After finishing the gym, I took a one hour break and headed to the campion trail at 5:00 pm. I decided to do a quick one hour cycling. I managed to finish about 15 miles in the one hour. Since it got a bit dark towards the end, in hindsight I should have probably started half an hour early to avoid the danger of cycling in the dark. Here are the stats from the GPS:
