Today was upper body strength training for Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Anyone who has been to a gym at least once in their life will know the famous "Bench Press" for chest. About 70% of people in the gym just do the chest and biceps workouts. It's almost as if the other body parts are not that important J
Here is my usual routine for strength training:
- 10 minutes of warm up (running / elliptical)
- 10 minutes of core exercises ( Floor Bridge, Abdominal crunches, Step up, hops )
- 30 minutes of Chest, Shoulder and Triceps (one machine and one free weights for each of the body parts)
I will post the logs of my strength training progress in the near future.
